Simple, up-front pricing
You will know what your care costs before you commit to it. After your exam, Dr. Locke walks you through the recommended plan and its price — no open-ended treatment and no surprise balances.
New Patient Special
New patients can start with our new patient special ($47) — consultation, comprehensive exam, and report of findings, plus 50% off your first treatment session.
HSA, HRA and FSA
Health savings, reimbursement, and flexible spending dollars are welcome here, and we can provide an itemized receipt for your records whenever you need one.
Auto accident injury
In North Carolina, accident-related care is typically paid through the at-fault driver's liability coverage, your own MedPay, or your health plan. Bring your claim number and attorney details, and we will document your injuries thoroughly for your file.
Work injury
Work-related injuries are generally handled through workers' compensation. Bring your claim number and employer details and we will provide the records and progress notes your case requires.
